1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Snev, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

2. What Snev Is

Snev is a research tool that publishes market-regime signals for cryptocurrencies. A signal fires only when a coin enters a market regime that has historically resolved in a consistent direction — upward (long) or downward (short). Each signal is published together with the honest statistics behind it: the regime's historical hit-rate, the number of past occurrences it is based on, the typical move, and the typical horizon.

On most days, no signal fires. That silence is the product working as designed — Snev stays quiet unless a historically-tested condition is actually met. It is not an outage or a malfunction.

3. Not Financial Advice

Everything Snev publishes — signals, statistics, market overviews, track records — is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice, and it is never a personalized recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Snev is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, or licensed investment advisor. Snev never holds your funds and never executes trades on your behalf.

4. No Guarantees

Signal statistics are computed from historical market data. Backtested hit-rates across our approved regimes sit roughly in the 55–70% range — which means a meaningful share of signals lose. Even a regime with a 65% historical hit-rate loses roughly one time in three, and runs of consecutive losing signals are statistically expected.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Market structure changes, and a regime that has resolved favorably for years can stop working without warning. Snev makes no guarantee of accuracy, profitability, or future performance of any signal or statistic.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions — including whether to act on a signal at all, position sizing, leverage, and risk management. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose.

6. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

7. Plans, Billing & Cancellation

Snev offers a Free plan, which includes signals for a limited set of coins, and a Pro plan, a paid monthly subscription that unlocks signals for all covered coins and additional features. Historical performance statistics are always computed over all data regardless of plan.

Payments are processed by Polar, acting as merchant of record. Your card details are handled entirely by Polar and never touch our servers. Pro subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice — price changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid.

8. Signals Are for Your Personal Use

Signals and their statistics are licensed to you for your personal use. You may not redistribute, republish, rebroadcast, or resell signal content — including forwarding paid signals to groups, channels, or other services — and you may not scrape or systematically harvest content from the service.

Sharing paid signal content is grounds for immediate termination of your account without refund of any remaining subscription period. Deliveries may carry per-account markers that let us trace shared content back to the account that leaked it.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any applicable regulations, rules, or laws
• To infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service, including plan restrictions

10. Notifications

You can choose to receive signal notifications via browser push, in-app inbox, and Telegram. Delivery is best-effort: notifications may be delayed, batched, or occasionally not delivered due to factors outside our control (device settings, third-party messaging platforms, network conditions). Do not rely on Snev notifications for time-critical trade execution.

11. Third-Party Market Data

Signals are computed from market data supplied by third-party exchanges. This data may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and Snev is not responsible for errors originating in third-party data sources.

12. Service Availability

Snev reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including which coins and regimes are covered. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or free from errors or interruptions, and we shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Snev — including the signal engine, regime definitions, statistics, text, graphics, and software — are owned by Snev and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

14. Limitation of Liability

Snev and its operators, directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates cannot be held liable for any financial losses, damages, or consequences resulting from the use of signals or information provided on this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and losses arising from acting on — or not acting on — any signal.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms — for example redistributing paid signals. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. If your account is terminated for breach of these terms, any remaining paid subscription period is forfeited and not refunded.

16. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect.
